Tuition Policy:

  • Class tuition is paid in four, eight-week payments (with the exception of the last session which is nine weeks) from September to June.
    • Payments are due the week prior to the first week of the upcoming eight-week session.
    • If you start in the middle of a session, prorated payment is due the day you begin classes.
  • Once you have registered class tuition is nonrefundable.
    • If you are unsure if your child will like the class, please bring your child to trial a class prior to registering.

Registration Policy:

  • There is a nonrefundable registration fee for all students joining our classes. This covers mandatory medical and liability insurance from September to September. ($40 for one gymnast or $60 for a family)
  • A medical information and release of claims form MUST be completed upon registering or trialing a class. PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING.

Classes:

  • If classes do not meet our minimum enrollment requirement, they will be reorganized.
  • As a reminder you sign up for a gymnastics class, not an instructor. With that being said we guarantee you a spot in the gymnastics class that your child is best fit.

Attendance and Makeup Classes:

  • Classes are to be paid for whether your child attends or not.
    • Makeup classes are available for all students who are unable to attend their scheduled class time, but the date and time is at the discretion of the office staff. Please contact the office to schedule a makeup.
    • Makeup classes MUST be done so within the eight week session in which the class was missed.
  • Please remember you pay for your spot in the class, as well as the class itself, we have fulfilled our obligation to you by holding the class at the time promised with a qualified instructor prepared to coach your child.

Weather Policy:

  • Facebook During major storms Social Media has proved to be the best way to reach out to our families. We will be posting ALL weather related updates periodically and we will ask you to SHARE it with your friends as well.
  • Website/EMAIL Our website will be updated accordingly as well as long as there are no power outages. When visiting our website regarding closings, click on the NEWSLETTER tab. That page will be updated with weather related closings. We will also send out email notices if possible, once again as long as there are no power outages, so please ensure O’Leary’s has an UP TO DATE Email Address on file!  Please refer to our FB Page as a secondary options. 

PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT follow any school closings. School openings or closings DO NOT affect our gym being open or closed. Use the options above to double check whether or not our classes are in session.

Please, always use your best judgment when deciding to bring your child to class in the snow. If you do not feel safe driving your child to gymnastics, please stay home. All those who choose to stay home will be given the option to make up their class.
